  • This position is located at the Pacific Pavilion for Women & Children Address : 900 Pacific Ave, Everett, WA 98201Additional Info : This is a very busy unit (400+ births in the summer) and travelers will need to be able to get up to speed quicklyCore staff on this unit is green, so facility will lean on experienced travelers where possible. Level III, 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACU, 7 bay triage AWHONN or Relias Fetal Monitoring will be acceptable for this unit.
  • Ideally, candidates should have experience in facilities that handle 200+ deliveries. However, we are open to considering applicants with experience in facilities with 100-200 deliveries, please screen these candidates Special Procedures / Unit Details :
  • DO NOT PASS THE CLINICAN IF THEY ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE. OK TO SCREEN IF IT IS A STRONG CANDIDATE.
  • Goal is to staff 1 : 1 in labor, 1 : 3 couplets in PP with CNA support, 1 : 2-3 in antepartumTriage is staffed with 3 skilled RNs / shift2 Surgical techs for days, 2 Surgical techs on nights3 CNAs per shift in Postpartum to assist RNs with care3-4 Delivering providers 24 / 72 CRNAs 24 / 72 Health Unit Coordinators 24 / 7Hardstop must have SVE Special Equipment : ALL CERTS are HARDSTOP requirements including ACLS, must have #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO : Aya Offer : 5 Days. Client Offer : 5 Days.
  • Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) # of jobs in system we can sub : 1 submittal per facility Requires specific amount of exp. : 2 years minimum unless otherwise noted. WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs. WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs Mile Radius Rule Applies : 50 miles Local Rules : No locals Candidates may be asked to float within hospital or to a sister hospital nearby. Return Staff Policy : 3 month rule to return as traveler REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty / setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs and Leads.
  • ALL travelers are expected to float. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set!
  • If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules : Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
