Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist - Manufacturing Industry

Our client is seeking a skilled AP / AR Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment with a strong reputation for quality and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Track payments and expenditures, including invoices and statements
  • Reconcile processed payments and verify entries for accuracy
  • Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents
  • Process check runs using Peachtree
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for electronic check processing
  • Prepare and send credit card authorization forms to vendors

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong team collaboration skills

    • Salary : $50,000-$60,000
