As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. Pay Rate : $17.17 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeSat05 : 00 PM - 01 : 00 AMSun05 : 00 PM - 01 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries and directions, while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site contacts to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
  • Complete all required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • X-ray screening experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
