Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team, responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing in a doctor's office setting. This role involves the collection and receipt of biological specimens, proper entry into the computer system, preparation of samples for analytical testing, and distribution to the appropriate analytical area. The position includes both pre-analytical and post-analytical responsibilities, and you will perform specified analytical testing as assigned, following our Code of Conduct.

Work Environment
The role will be based in a doctor's office, drawing blood from the physician's patients and working closely with medical assistants. The position is located in Scottsdale, AZ, with rotating 8 hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 7 PM. There is potential for career growth, with opportunities to advance to Phlebotomy Technician II after six months, which includes a pay increase. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36 / hr.
