Principal Frontend Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Frontend Engineer to drive the technical vision and design of frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and evolve scalable, high-performing front-end systems using Angular 15+

Define standards and best practices for reusable components and system performance

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the organization

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular 15+ required)

Deep expertise in state management (NgRx / Redux) and scalable front-end application design

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, accessibility, and responsive design

Proven experience making architectural decisions that balance scalability and performance

Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team technical strategy
