SCRUB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

OR RN - 8-12hr Variables - Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital - West Union,

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 40 hours

8-12hr Variable Shifts; start times range from

Weekend / Holiday : Weekend Call - every 3-4 weeks

Rotating holidays

Float Requirements : None

On Call / Call Back Requirements : 1 week of call every 3-4 weeks; 30-min response time

Required Certifications : IA RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS

Minimum Experience : 2 years in specialty area. Previous experience working in Critical Access Hospital is beneficial

Charting Experience Required : EPIC experience preferred

Required Skillset : Ability to circulate and / or scrub

Unit Information : GI, Ortho, Cataracts, Podiatry, Vascular, Pain Clinic, OB / GYN

Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 typically for procedures; variable during afternoon clinic

Scrub colors : Scrubs are provided by the hospital.

GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
