Executive Director of Consumer Access

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Consumer Access Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight to revenue cycle functions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Implement processes and management structures to achieve top quartile revenue cycle performance

Develop and implement training programs for financial revenue cycle staff to enhance customer service outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required

10 years of work experience required

Strong knowledge of physician practice revenue cycle operations

Minimum mid-level competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
