We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong focus on continuous improvement to join our growing team in Kalamazoo, MI.Our ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a passion for driving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
In this role, you will provide technical support for both standard product production and new product development for all business segments. Responsibilities include equipment procurement, tooling technical support, production facility layout management, production capacity analysis, process improvement, project management, warranty investigation, time studies, production tool development, and maintenance.
