Arborist Bucket Truck / Aerial Lift Operator (3+ yrs exp)

• skilled Bucket Truck / Aerial Lift Operator

• What You'll Do...
• Lead and execute day-to-day tree care operations alongside an experienced team.
• Operate a bucket truck and / or aerial lift for technical pruning, removals, and rigging.
• Safely navigate and position equipment on diverse residential and commercial job sites.
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Prioritize safety and professionalism in every aspect of the job.
• Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites at all times.
• What We're Looking For...
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• on a professional tree crew.
• Skilled and confident in aerial lift and / or bucket truck operation
• required
• Comfortable working aloft and using rigging systems and power tools.
• Passionate about the tree care industry and interested in advancing your skills and certifications.
• Familiar with aerial equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Valid MA Drivers License required;
• CDL preferred
• Physically fit and capable of lifting / carrying 75+ lbs regularly.
• Dependable, drug-free, and safety-conscious.
• Must be willing to complete pre-employment drug screening.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
