In this exciting, detailpowered position, you're the guardian of accurate, timely trauma data-collecting, curating, and transforming patient information into insights that help elevate care quality, performance, and outcomes. From coordinating the Trauma Registry and mastering data abstraction to collaborating with Trauma Program leadership, Process Improvement teams, and the Trauma Medical Director, you're at the center of a fastpaced, missioncritical program. You'll keep systems running smoothly, ensure compliance with state and national guidelines, fuel research, support accreditation, and maintain certifications through the Trauma Society's Registrar Board. • This position is a hybrid role based out of Lubbock Texas.
• Applicants must currently live within a 65-mile radius of Lubbock, Texas.
• Work schedules are defined by manager and departmental needs.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
