Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions simultaneously
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of recruiting experience in volume recruiting environments
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and fill the same roles repeatedly
Experience using Ashby or similar ATS platforms for recruiting workflows
Strong project management skills with experience in intake meetings and calibration sessions
Process-oriented mindset with a track record of streamlining recruiting operations
