As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for personnel and assets. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities within the manufacturing and industrial environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and to report any suspicious activity observed during patrols. Communicate and collaborate with site staff and visitors to address questions, provide assistance, and relay important information as needed. Prepare detailed and accurate written reports of all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift. Follow all company policies and procedures as well as any site-specific directives related to security-related operations in a manufacturing and industrial setting. Minimum Requirements : A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
