A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Fraud.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic and identity theft
Create cases for customers and update order information related to fraud
Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
Required Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be provided
Must have high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace free of distractions
Schedule flexibility to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week
