A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for renewals and expansions within existing customer accounts
Engage with customers as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating smooth transitions between teams
Manage the renewal and expansion sales cycle, utilizing customer health monitoring tools to proactively address risks
Required Qualifications
5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upselling
Strong sales acumen with the ability to build relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
Analytical skills to leverage data for guiding client conversations and uncovering opportunities
Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
