A Boston, Massachusetts area community health center affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital is adding a Family Medicine physician

About the opportunity

Join a team of 13 Providers, including Advanced Practice Providers
Total outpatient
Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm and one evening session until 8 pm
Call averages every 13 weeks
Average daily patient census : 7 patient appointments for each 4-hour session
1 : 1 ratio of MD to RN or LPN; we also have medical assistants to room patients and take vitals
EPIC EMR
Teaching opportunities
Spanish fluency is helpful; however not required
2-year salary guarantee based on years of experience, then RVU compensation model
Full and comprehensive benefit package as well as loan repayment

Location / Community

The North End, Boston's Little Italy, is a maze of narrow streets with some of the city's oldest buildings. On the self-guided Freedom Trail, tourists pass historic sites like the 1680 Paul Revere House and the Old North Church, which played a key role at the beginning of the Revolutionary War. Italian restaurants, coffeehouses, pastry shops, and old-school delis pack the area.

Close proximity to Boston's Logan Airport and top educational institutes, including Harvard, Tufts, and MIT
