Schedule 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM Job Description We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Nurse for our cardiac specialty unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with a range of cardiac conditions, including congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, and arrhythmias. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to a diverse group of patients in a progressive care setting. Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responding to changes and providing appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including titratable cardiac IV medications. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans. Assist with bedside procedures such as cardioversion. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have stepdown or progressive care experience. Telemetry experience is required. Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications such as nitroglycerin, Cardizem, amiodarone, and insulin drips. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Why ARMStaffing?
