YOUR ROLE

The Senior Global Events Technical Lead plays a critical role in supporting the company's digital and live events. This individual will be the owner and primary point of contact for all technical support and will be responsible for leading the technical execution of digital / virtual, live and hybrid events, including high-profile events that connect leadership with global audiences, board meetings, earnings calls, and employee broadcasts. With a global scope and direct interaction with senior executives, the role demands professionalism, operational excellence, meticulous attention to detail, technical competence and exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will ensure that every event is conducted professionally, maintaining the highest level of execution and technical support, in partnership with our Global Communication Team.

Event Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end technology planning and delivery in support of Global Communications Team requirements.
• Develop and maintain a "Global Event Technical Playbook" providing consistent standards and procedures for all event types.
• Manage logistics, technical setup, operation, and support for live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Operate AV equipment including sound, projection, lighting, cameras, and streaming tools.
• Act with urgency and composure to troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues during live events to minimize disruption.
