This Discovery Representative position is the launchpad for your TD SYNNEX career journey! You'll dive into a comprehensive training program lasting 3 to 9 months, where you'll master the essentials of sales and product management. At the conclusion of the program, our managers will assess your strengths and help you find the perfect role that fits your unique talents.

Example Job Duties

• Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities.
• Execute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators and metrics.
• Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
• Document all calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in our company customer relationship management system.
• Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
• Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
• Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
• Attend all assigned TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller / Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.

Additional duties as assigned.

Organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The Discovery Representative Program average starting rate is approximately $23.00 per hour.
