We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our company. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for all visitors, applicants, and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and delivers exceptional customer service with discretion and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, applicants, and employees; serve as the company's manager of first impressions.
Assist applicants with completing applications, onboarding tasks, and general inquiries.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Verify applicant identity and resident status.
Maintain appointment schedules and interview calendars for HR and leadership.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with hiring, onboarding, and termination procedures.
Manage meeting and conference room availability and scheduling.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma
5 years of human resources and / or administrative assistant experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2 years of human resources office experience
Bilingual (English + another language)
