CDL-A Truck Drivers- Drive Dry Van with TCA's Elite Fleet!

If you’re ready for a steady career with a carrier that delivers on its promises, Marten Transport—named a 2025 TCA Elite Fleet—is the place for you. Enjoy strong miles, outstanding equipment, and the kind of long-term stability that comes with a carrier built for the long haul.

Advantages and earnings include :

  • $1,200-$1,490 weekly pay range
  • Earn $62,200-$77,480+ / year
  • Driver Comfort : Late-model equipment with APU’s, automatic transmissions and Invertors on all tractors
  • Consistent freight
  • Predictable schedules
  • Hassle-free drop and hook freight
  • Potential for additional detention pay (from 0 to  $160 per 24-hour period )
  • Potential for additional inclement weather pay (from 0 to $150 per day)
  • Potential for additional layover pay (from 0 to $150 per day)
