CSO is looking for Outpatient Clinicians for our clinic in Springfield.

This position will provide mental health and care coordination services to children, adults and their families.

Starting Salary : $50,000-$63,000 / year

As an Outpatient Clinician :

You Will :

• Provide individual, family and / or group mental health therapy for clients
• Participate in development and implementation of treatment planning and coordination of care as appropriate
• Provide same-day and urgent care access to clients, and support services for transitions of care
• Provide education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate, and psycho-social assessments for assigned clients
• Provide services in clinic-based, school-based or community-based outreach settings according to clinical need
• Attend in-service trainings on evidence-based best practices and other topics as appropriate
• Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings, staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and other meetings as required or assigned
• If providing services to children / adolescents, provide linkages to after-school programming and related pro-social activities for referred youth as appropriate
