At Coach Creative Studio, we believe in the power of storytelling. We are looking for a Senior Director of Creative who will lead the vision of Coach campaigns and inspire teams toward best in class creative across a broad spectrum of channels and formats, from TVCs to Youtube pre-roll to DOOH.

Responsibilities Lead Creative Vision : Develop big picture frameworks and write through the line conceptual creative. Direct, edit and approve art and copy across all touchpoints

Drive Creative Process : Guardrail best practice execution across all written communication and oversee the creative process of campaigns from inception to execution. Ensure projects stay within the allocated resources and timelines.

Lead and Inspire : Energize and enable creatives, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where team members push boundaries for best practice work.

Creative Communication : Effectively communicate Creative Studio’s creative vision, strategy, and direction to cross functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications Proven Experience : A minimum of 15+ years of experience in a Senior creative role within an advertising agency, with significant experience as a Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director or Creative Director.

Exceptional Portfolio : A portfolio that clearly demonstrates a track record of generating groundbreaking conceptual ideas in fashion, luxury or beauty, delivering visually stunning and effective campaigns across various media (including digital, social, and traditional).

Conceptual Strength : A strong understanding of strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex briefs into compelling and innovative creative solutions.

Agenda setting creative vision : Set the creative gold standard with exceptional quality control, in-depth understanding of evolving channels, formats, trends and culture and industry leading creative connections.

Communication & Presentation Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.

Passion for Creativity : A genuine passion for creativity and a drive to push boundaries and deliver exceptional work.
