About Us
The Exercise Coach is a high-tech, high-touch fitness studio designed to help individuals achieve strength, mobility, energy, and overall wellness with safe, effective workouts in just two 20-minute sessions per week.
Our unique approach combines advanced Exerbotics technology, certified coaching, and personalized programs. We serve a wide range of clients, including those who have never felt successful with fitness before.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. No previous fitness experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn, a passion for helping others, and a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching :
Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics equipmentConduct initial assessments and consultationsMonitor form, safety, and individual client progressEducate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy livingClient Success :
Track and review results through our high-tech systemBuild long-term relationships with clientsFollow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progressStudio Operations :
Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessionsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and professional studioLog data and client communication accurately in CRMWhat We Offer :

Required :
High energy, positive attitude, and a love for working with peopleExcellent communication and listening skillsStrong ability to connect with and inspire othersWillingness to learn and adaptCPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)Authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred :
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field (helpful but not necessary)Ideal Candidate Traits :
