About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as a key technical and strategic resource in the presales process. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver tailored, high-impact AI solutions to some of the most sophisticated players in the financial world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing client-focused solutions, and articulating complex ideas with clarity and confidence.

You'll become a subject matter expert on RavenPack's product suite and play a central role in helping prospective clients evaluate, adopt, and derive value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on RavenPack's data and big data platform features, and technical implementations.
• Partner with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities , supporting the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand workflows, data needs, and model integration opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and build compelling Jupyter notebooks that showcase AI / ML capabilities and business value.
• Lead proof of concept (POC) projects, helping clients validate solutions that improve investment models, risk frameworks, or research pipelines.
• Collaborate with RavenPack's global Product and Data Science teams to provide field insights and drive product innovation.
• Support RFPs, security reviews, and technical documentation for enterprise procurement processes.
• Stay informed on financial technology trends , AI / ML use cases, and sentiment analytics applications in the investment landscape.
