Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Controls Engineer to design, program, and commission industrial control systems for a wide range of applications and industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, implement emerging technologies, and make a direct impact on our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and troubleshoot electrical control circuits to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop, test, and deploy software for PLCs, HMIs, and associated control systems.
  • Lead on-site commissioning efforts, ensuring systems are installed correctly and function as intended.
  • Partner with customers to ensure delivered solutions meet all technical requirements and specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and budgets.
  • Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction and partnership.
  • Provide technical support and service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout all phases of development.

Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and related industrial automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, EPlan, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI, and UL electrical standards and codes.
  • Familiarity with designing industrial safety circuits.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
