Contract Production Supervisor

2nd Shift Opportunity 3 : 45pm-12am (some OT available as needed)

Competitive hourly rate depending on experience

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.

Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve department goals.

Monitor workflow, material usage, and production output to identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks.

Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to optimize production performance.

Review and report daily production data, including productivity, downtime, and scrap rates.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management systems (ERP experience a plus).
