What we are looking for :

The Yazaki Core Engineering Research team is seeking interns with coursework and projects in engineering design and programming and who want to put this knowledge into practice. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with an interest in learning more about automotive electronics and sensors. The focus will be on problem solving and researching of ideas for new products, methods, or markets. In addition you will be involved in the operations of our Makerspace and planning for upcoming University Engagements.

What you will be doing :

• Start with Given a research prompt
• Understand and define the challenge and work together with a team on possible solutions
• Evaluate and select a technical direction then develop a physical prototype
• Support Operations of the Makerspace
