About the Role :

Leadr is looking for an Accountant that will be responsible for all of the financial reporting of the organization. This includes bank reconciliations, helping maintain the financial records in the accounting system, and managing the day-to-day payables and receivables within the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely and accurate closing of the financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Develop and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Execute core accounting functions including bookkeeping, payroll, and AP / AR.
• Oversee expense reporting, employee reimbursements, and sales commissions.
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with cash flow management.
