Job Description : Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals through upkeep and cleanliness of rooms, public spaces and exterior of hotel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• To understand all standards of room / suite cleanliness.
• To consistently clean assigned rooms / suites to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.
• Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms / suites.
• Sweep and vacuuming floors.
• Reporting to maintenance problems or completing work orders.
• Spot cleaning walls, light fixtures, headboards, picture frames, ect.
• Complete room checklist.
• Vacuum hallways if needed.
• Must be able to reach, kneel and bend.
• Have the ability to lift, push and pull.
