Unit : Operating Room (OR) – General Surgery Procedures

Start Date : December 8, 2025

End Date : March 8, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-hour days (Monday & Friday), 12-hour days (Tuesday & Thursday), intermittent call coverage

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2330 - $2500

On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license (required for Illinois healthcare jobs)

BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Ability to take intermittent call (covering vacations and call-ins)

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of O'Fallon, IL

Ability to provide requested time off (RTO) at submission

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during surgical procedures in the Operating Room

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare staff for optimal patient outcomes

Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR

Monitor patients pre-op, intra-op, and post-op

Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation

Accurately document all aspects of patient care
