General Purpose
The Manager, LP Technology is responsible for developing and driving the strategy, implementation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of Loss Prevention technology. This is accomplished by leading Project Leads, Project Coordinators or Analysts and LP vendors to execute new technology rollouts or carry out maintenance of existing technology to ensure efficiency of field LP teams, reduce shortage, theft and maintain safe and secure environments. The Manager, LP Technology is also responsible for driving collaboration and communication with internal business partners (i.e. Store Operations, Store Planning, IT, etc.) and managing relationships with LP technology vendors to drive a high standard of service.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience, Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, technology, or related field, including experience in product or project management, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly preferred, Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, Excellent analytical skills and conceptual ability, Self-motivated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment, Demonstrated ability to cope with pressure and changing priorities, Maintains confidentiality concerning all projects, Computer Skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Physical Requirements / ADA
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper / files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements : Ability to see information in print and / or electronically. Up to 10%-15% travel. Will require occasional driving and / or traveling overnight for business functions or site visits. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and / or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
