Under Armour Licensing is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive Outbound License Partner marketing and our Youth businesses on behalf of the Brand. Under Armour is looking for an organized, ambitious, detail-oriented teammate. The Manager will be responsible for leading the youth and license partner marketing strategy and ultimate go-to-market execution, which will require them to work with each License Partner and internal colleagues connected to the UA Youth business on their marketing strategy and liaise with Under Armour marketing teammates to ensure alignment and secure approvals. Candidate must have a strong marketing and / or project management background, understanding of Brand / Product marketing approval processes, experience working with partners, and comfort with establishing new processes. This individual must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as a desire work in a fast-paced environment, learning and adapting as needs of the business change.
Your Impact
Partner with licensees to drive their marketing strategy and budget in alignment with UA's inline marketing strategy. Contribute to the overall brand strategy across the entire outbound licensing portfolio. Full marketing life-cycle management : deliver seasonal direction, measure impact, iterate across both out licensing and youth businesses.
Quarterly (or more frequently as needed) review of licensee proposed allocation of marketing budget to sign off. Ensure licensees are spending both their marketing and promo budget per their contract.
Proactive share-out of the inline marketing strategy, campaigns, branding guidelines, and assets to licensees. Publish license branding guidelines of a regular basis, ensure License Partners have timely access to all relevant imagery, copy and related files.
Lead with a global point of view, considering each market's unique local needs, while balancing that with global Under Armour strategy.
Project management of licensee marketing materials approvals :
Integrate licensing products into relevant marketing timeline moments, consumer journeys, photoshoots, seeding, etc. as applicable / available.
Optimize DTC Activation & Execution (PDP assets, grid page disruptors, guided selling, email marketing, etc.)
Liaise with UA teammates in Product, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Packaging, Sustainability, Legal, and others to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
Operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Base Compensation
$110,584.27 - $152,053.36 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
