Responsibilities : Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements : Active SLP license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs considered at select locations SNF experience a plus, but not required Why Choose MedAdventures?
