Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As a Marquis Assisted Living LPN you will assist your facility's Health Service Director (RN), Administrator, and Interdisciplinary team in resident-centered care coordination of residents living in our Assisted Living, which is part of a larger campus that includes skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities May Include

• Assessments and follow up on residents with change of conditions, in coordination with the RN.
• Participation in move-in evaluations and service plan conferences with residents and their families.
• Support in the coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers in meeting resident centered care needs.
• Support the RN in Caregiver and Medication Technician training and supervision
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
