A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead and expand a high-performing team while developing a partner ecosystem for no-code payment integration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to establish partnerships and drive revenue growth

Establish and grow strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements that contribute to revenue goals

Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring achievement of departmental goals through training and performance management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role within B2B, FinTech, or Payments, managing teams of at least 5 direct reports

Demonstrated success in generating revenue through partnerships and building scalable demand-generation programs

Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments

Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity tracking and strong financial acumen in interchange pricing
