Practice Setting : Office with rotating call obligations with the hospital

Dates of Coverage : Start by 11 / 14

Locums not Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers

Nursery Level : III

EMR : Epic

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 2.5-3 months

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8 : 30-4 : 30); Call Ratio 1 : 3

Average Patients Per Day : 10-15 depending on visit type

Three Physicians in practice; Nursery Level 3; Onsite lab; Onsite ultrasound

Requirements :

Board Certified / Truly Board Eligible

Fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine

Active New York State License

BLS / ACLS

CDS Certification and DEA Registration
