We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions using Snowflake and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have experience in data lake development, ETL design, API integration, and advanced analytics , along with a passion for building efficient, secure, and high-performing data systems.

Job Description

As a Data Engineer with Trilyon, Inc. , you'll be part of an agile team building next-generation data solutions. You'll work with cloud-based data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms to drive business insights and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance Data Cloud workflows / pipelines to process large-scale datasets in near-real-time and batch environments.

Develop data pipelines utilizing Data Vault 2.0 methodology on Snowflake .

Implement ETL processes in AWS using batch and streaming technologies.

Collaborate in data modeling, architecture, and data security discussions.

Develop test automation and contribute to DevSecOps processes.

Champion best practices and modern engineering culture through automation and documentation.

Leverage tools like Git , Jira , and Confluence to manage development lifecycles efficiently.

Drive delivery efficiency by creating reusable components and scalable design patterns.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

6 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in analytics-focused data environments.

Expertise in Snowflake , AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda) , SQL , and Python .

Proven experience in data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

Familiarity with modern data processing tools such as Qlik , AWS Glue , and Lambda .

Experience working in Agile environments and building DevSecOps pipelines.

Strong ability to debug complex production issues and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Leadership experience in mentoring junior developers and managing project delivery.

Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and applying emerging technologies.
