Qualifications :

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
• Full licensure through the Maryland Department of Health Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists as an LCPC, meeting all board requirements and able to practice independently.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnostics, care coordination, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and plan of care development.
• Experience with art therapy, evidence-based interventions, and short-term skills development.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience with mental health and substance use disorders, including comprehensive clinical assessments.
