• We have every other Friday off as we are on the 9 / 80 schedule Free catered lunch on the Friday / payday that we work.  Position Summary The Business Development Associate will support senior staff in identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and building relationships with key industry stakeholders, while receiving mentorship and on-the-job training.
• The Business Development Associate will learn the fundamentals of business development, government contracting, and the defense acquisition process.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct research on defense programs, funding priorities, and market trends to support opportunity identification Assist with tracking opportunities and updating pipeline / CRM databases.
• Support proposal preparation, including drafting sections, formatting documents, and               coordinating inputs.
• Develop presentation materials, briefing papers, and research summaries for internal and external meetings.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events with senior team members to gain exposure.
• Participate in internal strategy and capture planning activities.

Learn and apply knowledge of the DoD acquisition process, procurement systems, and defense contracting basics.
