Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing distribution solutions provider who is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a company vehicle, phone, and laptop.

Responsibilities :

  • Outside Sales Rep will identify new business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
  • Sales Rep will deliver custom solutions that meet customers needs
  • Sales Rep will prepare and present detailed proposals, product specifications, pricing
  • Sales Rep will work closely with internal teams on pricing, project estimates
  • Sales rep will stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products

Requirements :

  • Candidates must have outside sales experience in the industrial, warehouse equipment, or material handling industry
  • Candidates must have a strong knowledge of generating leads, closing deals
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Candidates must be willing to travel regionally, 25% of the time
