\n OT - ltach needed asap\nOccupational Therapist Duties include \nEffectively screens / evaluates patients and / with cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. \n1 years of OT experience - REQUIRED \nNew Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience\nLTC or Rehab Experience - Required\nOT license- Required\nMust be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected\n

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Long Term Acute Care\nExperience : 1 year\nOT- MO\nCertifications : BLS(Copy needed)\nSSN Required\nDOB Required\nReferences : 1 Reference in entire work history\n\nNew Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
