A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end technical account management journey for merchants and partners in North America
Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy and risk management
Coordinate cross-functionally to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles in fintech / payments / SaaS
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Proficiency in web fundamentals and at least one server-side language
Exposure to databases and infrastructure basics
Strong project management skills and fluency in English
