This role is designed for a leader who is visible, hands-on, and fully engaged with their team—driving results, solving problems, and building momentum in real time.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the Floor

• Spend most of your day with your team on the production floor, actively observing and engaging.
• Model safe work practices, coach employees, and foster accountability.
• Conduct daily Gemba walks to uncover challenges, provide support, and recognize team achievements.

Drive Continuous Improvement

Manage Operations & Labor

Develop and Support Your Team
