Job Summary

As the Catering Director in a corporate setting, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact catering and event services that reflect the professionalism and brand of our organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences that support business objectives and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Oversee all aspects of corporate catering operations, ensuring alignment with company standards, culture, and client expectations.
• Event Execution : Plan and manage a wide range of internal and external events—from executive meetings and board luncheons to large-scale corporate functions—with precision and professionalism.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, delivering tailored catering solutions that enhance the corporate experience.
• Team Management : Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing catering team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Oversight : Manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and ensure seamless execution of all catering logistics including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Innovation & Branding : Develop creative menus and service concepts that reflect the company’s brand and values, while staying ahead of industry trends.
