Descripción del trabajoVerify key data elements (C.O.O., IOR, terms of sale, NDC, NEV, etc.) for entry Verify ISF to ensure adherence to customer SOP's, federal / international regulations, and Glovis Closely monitor ISF requests and complete ISF filing in an accurate and timely manner Process import US Customs documentation - including CF 3461, 7501, 7512 - and transmit to USCustoms via ABI system Process PGAs declarations - including FDA, DOT, FCC, F&W, TTB, USDA, etc. Review and monitor all customs release, rejections, and other correspondence as needed Responsible for timely and accurate communication with all related parties, including overseaoffices, customers, CBP, PGAs, etc. Prepare entry documents for Customs approval and Duty payments Perform audit review on all assigned entry files and duty payments to US Customs Process customs related AR / AP invoices Respond to Inquiries from Customers, Oversea Offices and Resolve Issues Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendation to management Prepare and Present Reports on a Regular Basis Prepare finance related reports (e.g. monthly AR / AP report) Other Duties as Assigned Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Basic Life and AD&D as well as Short and Long Term Disability Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick leave Pet Insurance Hospital and Critical Illness Insurance Wellness Program and Gym Reimbursement 401(k) with Generous Matching Quarterly Employee Lunches, Summer Refreshments, and Monthly Team Building Activities Discretionary Bonuses Tuition Reimbursement Benefits may vary by location. All benefits pursuant to Company policy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Basic knowledge of INCO terms, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Customs regulations and other government agency requirement Required Accurate and rapid data entry skills Required Ability to work with demanding deadlines, and work overtime and weekends if needed Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Required Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate and have the ability to efficiently resolve problems Required Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks; must be organized Required Understanding requirements of timely delivery of import cargo Required Customer service and account management Required Bilingual in English and Korean is highly Preferred High School Diploma / G.E.D Required 1 - 2 years of related experience in Customs Brokerage and / or Freight Forwarding Required Ability to sit in front of a desk and / or in front of the computer for long periods Repetitiveuse of hand / graspingproduct, writing, and typing Stand / walk Carry / lift a maximum of 20 pounds Typical office environment with low-level noise exposure This position is located in the Irvine, CA office Communication with employees and field partners will be primarily conducted via phone and email

We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.
Summary
The Customs Entry Writer position is mainly responsible for accurate and timely transmission of customs entries to US Customs and Border Protection. This position will act as the liaison to overseas offices, customers, CBP, PGA's, and other involved parties and will need to work efficiently in order to clear imported goods through US Customs.
Compensation
$52,000-$56,000 / Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selected)

- Process Customs Entries and ISF
Gather required documents and perform document review and assessment for accuracy
America's SOP
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
Prepare operational reports related customs brokerage (e.g. ISF report)
