Using AI-generated replicas of customers, the platform delivers real-time qualitative and quantitative research distilled into finance-friendly marketing plans in minutes instead of months.

This approach helps companies understand their audiences up to 100x faster and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. Synthetic research is especially valuable for B2B marketers targeting hard-to-reach audiences like CEOs and technology decision makers.

Evidenza was founded by big tech veterans Peter Weinberg, Jon Lombardo, and Brian Watroba.

Since launching in early 2024, Evidenza's growth has been explosive :

Over 100 clients, including major B2B and B2C brands like EY, ServiceNow, and Mars.

Millions of dollars in revenue, without raising a dollar from investors.

An eight-figure enterprise pipeline driven purely by word of mouth, earned media, and networks.

The Role

We're building our founding team to grow this category-defining startup into a billion-dollar company.

We are looking for a talented Director of New Business to convert our vast pipeline into happy customers and drive revenue growth.

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to bring a disruptive new technology to market.

What you'll do

Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to assess needs.

Pitch Evidenza's value proposition and present tailored solutions.

Manage and optimize the sales process from prospecting to close.

Contribute ideas to improve sales, marketing, product, and operations.

Perform outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business.

Identify target prospects and key decision-makers.

Who you are

Preferably 5–10 years' experience in ad sales or market research.

Experience in sales at a venture-backed startup.

Familiarity with Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead.ai, Outreach.io.

Experience building scalable sales workflows and processes.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Charismatic, curious, and results-driven.

Experience working with media companies and creative agencies is a plus.

How Success will be Measured

Demos booked, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Pipeline management and sales process efficiency.

Process improvements, including sales materials for onboarding operations

Compensation

OTE : $200,000

Uncapped Commission

Equity

Medical and dental insurance; 401K

Unlimited PTO (with encouragement to use it)

This role can evolve to managing SDRs and AEs as we scale.
