Compliance Coordinator
Location : Alpine, CA 91901
Shift : 6 : 00am – 2 : 30pm
Pay : $30–35 / hr
Duration : 12-month contract-to-hire

Job Overview
In this role, you'll provide timekeeping and per diem support for union employees, coordinate compliance for electric utility construction operations, and ensure maintenance activities meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process work requests in SAP and ProCore, monitor job progress, and prepare job packages for field teams.
- Coordinate land management, permitting, vegetation management, and customer access issues.
- Compile SAP reports for field review, quality assurance audits, and inspection tracking.
- Support internal and external compliance audits and coordinate with planners and supervisors to meet compliance deadlines.
- Lead timekeeping and daily per diem input for union employees; support logistics during emergency operations.
- Manage record retention and required documentation, including DVIRs, Safety Tailgates, and 5300 forms.
- Organize bi-weekly safety meetings and track completion of training.
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

2+ years of experience doing timekeeping for union employeesExperience providing per diem supportProficiency in Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn new softwares easily and efficientlyHigh School Diploma or GEDPlusses
Bachelor's degreeUtility or construction operations experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.Strong communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CICS, GFMS, and basic map reading.Understanding of the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
