Job Overview

The Paralegal Healthcare provides support and assistance to all attorneys involved in the Health Care practice group. Drafts agreements and performs legal research as requested. Manage contracts database.

• Under supervision of attorney, drafts and prepares agreements, amendments, termination letters, correspondence and memos as necessary / applicable to Hospital contracts. Consults with other departments and hospitals. Manages and updates files in electronic database, performs on-line database searches, interacts with HDQ and hospital staff, as necessary.
