Position Summary
Manages the IT Operations team consisting of service desk, incident management and change management staff. Manage and maintain the company's Global Service Desk, Incident Management and Change management functions
Essential Functions
- Manages centralized Service Desk
- Sets priorities and monitors status of projects / tasks
- Communicates with clients regarding changes to environment, outages, troubleshooting efforts, etc.
- Leads change management
- Communicates with Stakeholders
Requirements
Knowledge of contact center operationsProficiency in Microsoft suite of toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in specific IT areas (M&A, integrations, software development, network infrastructure, data management).Required Technology - Microsoft technologiesFour-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience.Benefits
