Tax Manager | Renewable Energy

A leading energy transition company backed by a global investment firm is looking for a Tax Manager to join its Corporate Finance team.

Location : Hybrid (3 days in office) – Portland, OR / Salt Lake City, UT / Dana Point, CA

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee tax compliance and filings (income tax, sales tax, etc.)

Support tax credit structuring (ITC / PTC), including transferability and PWA compliance

Advise internal teams on tax implications of contracts and transactions

Collaborate with external advisors and internal finance / legal stakeholders

Optimize tax efficiency while managing risk

Requirements :

5+ years of relevant tax experience (public accounting or industry)

Strong knowledge of U.S. tax law and renewable energy incentives

CPA preferred

Excellent communication and Excel skills
